In 2025, the «Diia.Osvita» platform crossed the 3 million registration mark, and the number of certificates received per year reached 1.44 million. Topics related to IT and artificial intelligence aroused the greatest interest among users.

Key facts about «Diia.Osvita» for 2025

Last year, 617,500 new users registered on the educational platform. This is 245,300 more than in 2024. The largest number of registered users were women — 56,9%. Men made up 31,5%, and about 12% did not indicate their gender.

The largest age group is 31–60 years old, while young people aged 15–24 years old account for about a fifth of new registrations, as well as existing registrations in the 65+ age group.

Last year, the Lviv region, the city of Kyiv, and the Dnipropetrovsk region showed the greatest activity. In addition to Ukraine, users from Germany, Poland, the USA, and Indonesia actively studied on the platform.

70.9% of users are trained on smartphones, 28,6% on computers, and the rest on tablets and Smart TVs.

In 2025, users most often chose training on the topics of accessibility, cyber hygiene and online safety, AI, anti-corruption, retraining, and digital skills.

Educational series were watched 1.15 million times. ChatGPT: your personal assistant in work, study and life entered the top 10 most popular.

Vocational education became a separate focus of the year. In 2025, about 85,000 users mastered new professions. The most popular areas were:

  • digital marketing;
  • data analytics;
  • SMM and targeting.

There was also a steady interest in QA testing, cybersecurity, logistics, and accounting.

Completion rates remain high in longer formats: 90% of users complete the ciphers, a national digital literacy test for various audiences such as civil servants, teachers, and librarians, and 79,8% complete educational series. For short formats, such as Skill Bytes, which appeared in May 2025, this figure is 40,5%, which is due to a different content consumption scenario: Bytes are also available to unregistered users and do not provide a certificate.

«On average, almost 4,000 completed trainings are completed every day. It is this focus on completion that determines the further development of the platform. Diia.Osvita strengthens solutions that help users maintain meaning in the learning process, understand complex topics faster, and apply knowledge in practice,» the educational platform team noted.
