«We are looking for a creative and responsible specialist. Main responsibilities include content management, development of communication strategies,» the message says. It is possible with or without experience.
Requirements:
- Creativity and ability to create content;
- Ability to work with analytics and make adjustments to strategy based on data;
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
We were curious about what duties the SMM-nick would perform. So we called the Soborny RTCC.
As its representative told us, to get this vacancy, you need to go through the general conditions of mobilization. That is, appear at the CCC, pass an interview, and be prepared for the fact that the next step will be sending you to a training center.
Only after training should a serviceman be offered a job as an SMM specialist. But not directly at the CCC, but in one of the military units. The CCC did not tell us over the phone which unit was looking for an SMM specialist.
