«By the end of the year, we will not see queues at the CCC, most services will be provided online. And CCC employees will be able to concentrate on smart recruitment, instead of processing queues and doing paperwork,» Ferchuk emphasized.
She said that the online CCC will operate on the basis of Reserve+. The goal of the transformation is not to create queues, stressful visits, or paper burdens for those liable for military service and the CCC (which should be engaged in recruiting, not processing analog data).
Those subject to military service will have access to the automatic enrollment function, without the need to go to the CCC or pass a medical examination.
Military IDs will also be available only in digital form, with plans to phase out paper documents. Conscripts will receive notifications of changes in their status in the app.
Processing more than 90% of deferrals will also be available through Reserve+. The remaining 10%, which cannot yet be fully digitalized, will be available in offline centers — ASNAPs.
Companies will also interact with the CCC online, apply for deferrals online, and not have to physically visit the CCC.
