This was stated by Danylo Hetmantsev, Chairman of the Committee on Financial, Tax and Customs Policy of the Verkhovna Rada, in an interview with Forbes Ukraine.
According to the People's Deputy, the profile group is currently actively working. The Office of the President is also preparing a complete reboot of the National Securities and Markets Commission through an open competition for commission members and the chairman. "Given this, we can agree that the Commission will become the main regulator, and the National Bank will be an auxiliary one. We plan to submit the draft law on cryptocurrency for the second reading in March," said Hetmantsev.
