This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation, Oksana Ferchuk, during a speech at IT Arena.
According to her, previously, to obtain this certificate, citizens had to go through several stages: register on the websites of credit bureaus, undergo authorization, order a report, and wait for the request to be processed by various banks.
"In the agent mode, through an AI consultant, you simply make a request — and in a few seconds the document is collected and provided to you. This is an example of how the agent approach simplifies obtaining services," noted Oksana Ferchuk.
Credit history checking has supplemented the list of already existing agency services at "Diya", including ordering a residence certificate, income certificate, and checking fines for traffic violations.
The AI consultant has been working for over a year and during this time has provided consultations on more than 200 government services for 10 million users.
