Today, the Ukrainian labor market is experiencing a paradox: according to the National Bank of Ukraine, the unemployment rate is about 11%, and at the same time, companies are massively complaining about the shortage of qualified personnel. Often, the root of the problem is not a lack of knowledge, but the fact that candidates do not know how to properly present their skills, the Ministry of Digital Affairs notes.
