At the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona, the company demonstrated a new «Share Screen» feature that allows users to share what’s on their phone’s screen with Gemini and ask questions, TechCrunch reports .
As an example, the company showed a video in which a user buys a pair of jeans and asks Gemini what other clothes would go with them.
As for the video search feature, it allows you to record a video and ask Gemini questions about it while recording.
Google said these features will be available to Gemini Advanced users on the Google One AI Premium plan on Android later this month.
Recall that in February, Google added a file analysis feature to free Gemini users, which was previously only available in the paid version.
Also, since January, Gemini can answer questions about spreadsheet data, provide detailed trend insights, and create charts.
