Almost 100,000 households in Kyiv and the region remain without the Internet — Ministry of Digital. Here's what providers have said so far
Today, September 23, there are Internet outages in Kyiv and the region. Due to damage to the data center in Kyiv, Internet providers, including "Pavutina", UTELS, KyivLink and Crazy Network, were affected. The Ministry of Digital Affairs stated that in total, almost 100,000 households experienced outages. What is currently known about the restoration of the Internet is the statements of the companies.

"Web"
As of 2:00 p.m., the provider "Pavutina" has restored services almost throughout the network thanks to the transition to backup equipment, and has also launched a personal account and payments. As of 5:11 p.m., the company’s specialists have already fully completed the repair of optical lines to houses on Hertsena, Baggovutovska, and Lypkivskoho streets. All other subscribers whose addresses are not on the list of damaged ones have already been transferred to stable operation.
Currently, repair crews are continuing local work in an intensified mode to restore damaged lines to houses on Medovaya, Gogolivska, Lobanovskogo, Kirpa, Pankivska, Dmytrivska, Kyrylo-Mefodiivska, Hlybochytska, Chornovola and Bulvarno-Kudryavska streets. The company assures that they have used all available resources to restore internet to all affected households as soon as possible.
UTELS
The provider UTELS reported that as of 3:00 p.m., the company’s specialists managed to restore services for some subscribers. All users whose Internet has already started working are urged to continue using the service as usual and not to change network settings and equipment.
At the same time, the company has made an important request to those customers who still have no connection: under no circumstances should they reboot their routers. Due to the current instability of the network, this may significantly complicate the restoration of point-to-point connection with subscriber equipment. UTELS assures that repair work is ongoing, and they will notify separately about the full restoration of the network.
Crazy Network
Provider Crazy Network reported that internet access has been fully restored. The company noted that if the connection does not appear automatically, users should reboot their equipment (routers or optical terminals) if necessary.
Currently, repair work is fully completed in other regions and is in the final stage in Kyiv. At the same time, the company warns of temporary difficulties in the work of the call center. To contact the support service, subscribers are offered to use the Viber and Telegram messengers.
KyivLink
Internet provider KyivLink announced the completion of repair work to eliminate the consequences of the damage. Currently, access to the network is fully restored for all subscribers.
The company’s specialists note: if you still have no connection, you should contact the technical support line. The provider’s engineers will check the connection status and help solve the problem individually.
