As reported by the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration, from now on these categories can use free travel, even if they do not have a Kyiv resident card.
In order to get this card in the «Kyiv Digital» application, you need to open the «Transport Card» section, and then proceed to the «Privilege Card» and «Get a Card» categories.
«To confirm your right to the benefit, you should share a digital copy of your ID using „Diya“. After verification, the card will appear in the application,» the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration notes.
At the same time, if the pensioner’s or veteran’s ID card is not displayed in the «Diya» application, they advise you to contact the Social Security Administration.

Meanwhile, the Kyiv City State Administration reminded that a digital card gives the right to preferential travel only together with a paper ID, so if necessary, you will need to present the ID along with the QR ticket.
Let us recall that last year, Ukrainian defenders were able to share their veteran’s ID through «Diya» in the «Kyiv Digital» application to receive the right to free parking.
