An archive with data on Ukrainian citizens has appeared online. There are signs that the information was collected from various registers into a single array. The database contains approximately 20 million rows.
An archive with data on Ukrainian citizens has appeared online. There are signs that the information was collected from various registers into a single array. The database contains approximately 20 million rows.
This was reported by People's Deputy Oleksandr Fedienko on Facebook.
"An archive has appeared on the network, where citizens' data is collected, called diia_users_db_2025.zip. In fact, it is already publicly available in various registries, but now it has been collected into one array. When and how it was done is a conspiracy story. The database contains "approximately" 20,000,000 lines. While the file that is roaming the network has a limited number of citizens, the full database is sold for money...", wrote Fedienko.

According to the People's Deputy, the database contains data for 2024-2025. He saw information from familiar politicians, and the phone numbers matched. He also found a person who does not use "Diya", so it can be assumed that the data is not only from her.
The People's Deputy believes that this information may come from registers related to the tax office.
“It looks very much like it was pieced together from pieces of various financial institutions,” Fedienko added.
The People's Deputy emphasizes that the financial number should not be public, that is, it should not be for both a bank card and social networks.
He also advises setting a strong password and two-factor authentication for email, and from time to time checking the devices section for third-party connections, especially in Telegram.
