In order for the photo to be «uploaded», you need to verify yourself, update the application and wait for the service to receive data from the registers. Currently, the procedure is not fast due to high load — a document with a photo takes 20-30 minutes to be uploaded. The photo is uploaded from a biometric document available in the registers.
