These figures were announced by the spokesman for the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Dmytro Lazutkin.
«We generally do not disclose this official information, but we can say that there are more than 10,000 requests in the Reserve+ application,» Lazutkin said.
According to the spokesman, you can apply for signing the «Contract 18-24» not only through «Reserve+», but also through the website 18-24.army.gov.ua and the hotline of the Ministry of Defense.
«The „Reserve+“ application is not the only „entrance“, so to speak, into this „perimeter“, because there is also the opportunity to recruit directly in the brigades, there is a recruiting center, there is the „18-24“ website. That is, there are several opportunities to get this contract,» he added.
Let us remind you that young people who sign a one-year contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine are promised 1 million, an interest-free mortgage, and tuition at universities at the expense of budget funds.
The contract is concluded for 1 year «with the mandatory condition of direct participation in combat operations in combat areas for a period of at least 6 months in total» during the term of the contract.
