«Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, we have made every effort not only to maintain financial stability, but also to develop. But the challenges are intensifying and, unfortunately, summarizing the processes, we are forced to make a difficult decision — to reduce our ambitions for the development of new products, and to focus on the development of existing ones, which resulted in the termination of cooperation with some specialists. This step is necessary to maintain the stability of the company today and the ability to move forward in the future,» Artem Umanets, chairman of the board of the Ukrainian IT company RIA.com, told dev.ua.
According to him, the company is ready to support specialists as much as possible during this period. «In addition to the reward for implemented projects, everyone will receive an additional reward for cooperation. Also, we are always ready to provide recommendations,» he said. Umanets did not specify the exact number of those dismissed.
According to the Telegram channel «Overheard in IT», the dismissed will be paid their salary for December.
