As a reminder, on January 23, there was a new large-scale failure in the work of ChatGPT. Millions of users around the world, including in Ukraine, were unable to access the service. Technical problems were confirmed by the Downdetector service. At 14:43, OpenAI wrote that everything had been fixed, but in Ukraine the chatbot worked a few hours later.
