An opportunity for Ukrainian startups to enter the UK market: how to participate in the UK–Ukraine TechBridge 2026 investment accelerator
The Ministry of Digital Affairs has announced the launch of a new recruitment for the UK–Ukraine TechBridge investment accelerator. The program has already proven its effectiveness: in the previous two years of the accelerator, implemented by the 1991 Ventures fund, 39 Ukrainian startups received support, which after training attracted a total of $12 million in investments.
The Ministry of Digital Affairs has announced the launch of a new recruitment for the UK–Ukraine TechBridge investment accelerator. The program has already proven its effectiveness: in the previous two years of the accelerator, implemented by the 1991 Ventures fund, 39 Ukrainian startups received support, which after training attracted a total of $12 million in investments.
This year's investment accelerator is being implemented by the British venture capital company Blue Lake VC, the Ministry of Digital Affairs reports .
In May, participants will undergo intensive training. Teams will work with mentors, attend workshops, and prepare to attract investment.
The program will culminate in London Tech Week in June 2026, where teams will present their developments and talk to British investors.
Applications are open to startups at the Seed or Series A stage that have a plan to scale their technology and are ready to enter the UK market.
As part of the program, teams will receive:
preparation for attracting investments;
practical workshops and mentoring support;
access to British investors;
the opportunity to showcase your developments at London Tech Week;
networking with the UK venture community.
