On June 5, 2026, Uklon announced the signing of an agreement to acquire 100% of the corporate rights of the e-Wings electric scooter operator. The deal is worth UAH 97.6 million. The deal is scheduled to close in the third quarter of 2026.
With this agreement, Uklon continues its transformation from a mono-product company into an ecosystem of products and services. It currently includes the online car ordering service Uklon (Ridehailing), courier delivery Uklon Delivery, advertising platform Uklon Ads, and bus ticket purchasing service Uklon Travel (Travel).
“Micromobility is a logical extension of our platform and one of the promising directions of modern urban logistics. We strive to collect the necessary services for movement in one application so that users can easily cover any needs: from a short trip around the city to traveling between countries,” notes Serhiy Grishkov, CEO of Uklon.
Currently, e-scooter rentals are available through the e-Wings app in 11 cities where the service is present. After the deal closes and a transition period, Uklon plans to integrate the e-scooter rental service into its eponymous app.
The core e-Wings team will transition to Uklon after the deal closes, led by Vadym Ishchenko, Uklon’s Chief Operating Officer. Two of e-Wings’ co-owners, Roman Motruk and Oleg Bily, who managed the business’s operations, will continue to develop the service as part of the Uklon team after the deal closes.
“This agreement opens a new stage of development for our team already within Uklon. We are pleased to become part of a powerful ecosystem to jointly create a seamless experience of moving around the city — from a quick ride on an electric scooter to ordering a car in one application,” say the founders of e-Wings Roman Motruk and Oleg Bily.
