A Ukrainian created an "eBay for logistics": how the AI platform AiDeliv works, reducing the cost of delivery
Ukrainian entrepreneur Vitaliy Savryga has launched AiDeliv, the world's first AI-powered exchange for international logistics. The platform brings together cargo from many businesses and forces carriers to compete for orders through reverse auctions. The result: small companies gain access to corporate rates — savings of 15-60% on shipping from China, the company claims.
About the founder of AiDeliv
Vitaliy Savryga is a Ukrainian entrepreneur who has been building a business in the USA for several years. He has eight years of experience building logistics companies. In 2017, he co-founded ARDI Logistics, an international logistics company specializing in China/Europe → USA routes. Four years later, he launched ARDI Express, a company with its own warehouses.
As the company notes, according to Forbes Ukraine 2024, more than 20,000 Ukrainians sell on Amazon, importing goods from China to the US. They typically overpay 30-40% for shipping compared to large companies on the same routes. AiDeliv solves this problem.
How does the logistics AI exchange work?
The platform is launched on aideliv.com and covers routes from China, Vietnam, India, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia to the US, Europe, Canada, Australia and Japan. Air freight takes 5-12 days, sea freight takes 18-45. Main focus: China-US corridor.
AiDeliv works for sellers on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, and with individual online stores.
The platform operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, where all customs duties, taxes, and fees are included in the final price. This is critical in the context of the changing US tariff policy: businesses see the exact final cost before shipment, without the risk of unexpected charges during customs clearance.
“Most logistics companies provide transparent DDP delivery only to large corporations. Small entrepreneurs are forced to work under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — when the final value is unknown until customs clearance, and there may be surprises. AiDeliv changes this through an automated exchange with a reverse auction,” the company explains.
How the auction works:
The client places a request for cargo delivery.
Carriers, verified by artificial intelligence, place bids in a reverse auction — each subsequent offer must be better than the previous one.
The winning bid is the best offer among carriers already filtered by quality (AI checks their history, customs issues, cargo damage).
The client accepts the bet at any time or refuses without any obligations.
The platform never moves cargo without the client's express consent.
The company provides the following security guarantees:
Every rate includes door-to-door delivery with customs clearance — no hidden fees.
Carriers must have $100,000 in cargo insurance coverage to be eligible to participate.
Problems are reported through AiDeliv - you deal with the platform, the platform deals with the carrier.
Carriers understand: loss of platform trust = loss of access to all AiDeliv customers.
The company emphasizes that AiDeliv is a technology platform. Carriers themselves provide transportation services and are responsible for the cargo. The platform is free for shippers - carriers pay for access to the network of customers, which creates real competition for the right to service.
Beta testing results
During the closed beta testing (summer-fall 2025), the platform processed shipments worth $600,000. Users reported cost reductions of 15-60% compared to their previous arrangements.
A specific example: if a seller imports $50,000 worth of goods from China every month, the savings are $900–$3,600 per month — this goes directly into profit.
“I spent eight years building logistics companies and saw how small businesses overpay for delivery simply because they lack bargaining power,” says Vitaliy Savryga. “AiDeliv solves this through technology. We have created an exchange where carriers compete for each order. Your cargo ceases to be “just one pallet” and becomes part of a large volume that carriers cannot afford to lose,” says Vitaliy Savryga, founder of AiDeliv.
