Ukrainian AI platform Lapathoniia has received integration with Prozorro and the State Statistics Service

Lapathoniia, a Ukrainian infrastructure service for integrating large language models, has released a major update. The platform has added support for MCP technology, which allows neural networks to work with government data.
The project developers announced the innovation. The main change was the integration of Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors into Lapathoniia Chat. This is a standardized protocol that serves as a universal adapter and allows AI models to connect to external databases and tools without writing separate integration code.
The first two connectors, created by developer Vladislav Mykhailyshyn, are already available to users. Thanks to them, language models have direct access to Prozorro to search and analyze public procurement and tenders by organization name or EDRPOU. The second connector is connected to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, which allows AI to find public datasets, access dataflow, and receive statistics in a format suitable for machine analysis.
In addition to expanding the databases, the developers have launched a new interaction mode called “Council.” In this format, two Ukrainian language models work on one user request at once, distributing roles among themselves.
“The regime works like a Cossack council: everyone does what they are strongest at,” the platform’s creators explain the algorithm. The LapaLLM model acts as an operational agent; it quickly orients itself in actions, manages search tools, and can change its approach if the first attempt is unsuccessful. MamayLM, in turn, performs a deep analysis of the collected information and writes the final text. For the user, this process looks like the generation of one coherent answer.
As a reminder, the Lapathoniia service, which is based on the cloud infrastructure of the provider De Novo, was recently launched in Ukraine. The platform is currently in closed beta testing mode and provides developers with access to the MamayLM and LapaLLM models.
