Campfire Studio is an indie studio from Dnipro, Ukraine, known for the game My Dream Setup about creating your own cozy corner in the form of dioramas. Last December, they announced Dream Garden, which, like My Dream Setup, is a simulation game about creating cozy dioramas. Only this time, instead of a dream room, it's a small, cute Zen garden.
Nine months later, the studio released a demo version on Steam. It takes up 3.52 GB of disk space and has already received initial feedback from players. In particular, gamers praise the game for its simplicity of mechanics, the amount of available functionality for changing the landscape, and the overall relaxed atmosphere.
For the demo, the developers have launched a special event: participants must create a Japanese-style garden and upload the results of their work, in the form of screenshots, to the game's official Discord server. Campfire Studio will select three winners who will receive keys for the full version of the game upon release.
Dream Garden is expected to be fully released later this year. As a reminder, dev.ua spoke with Oleksiy Drobny, co-founder of Campfire Studio, about the success of the studio's previous game, My Dream Setup.
