The largest video game exhibition in Europe, Gamescom 2025, is taking place in the German city of Cologne. Among the participants are Ukrainian game development teams who show their games to European gamers.
A game by Kyiv-based studio Twigames called Hollow Home, which tells the story of a 14-year-old boy named Maxim, who struggles to survive in a city during hostilities, has caught the attention of the Gamescom jury. The game was nominated in the "Game with Social Impact" category, the studio announced on its X page.

Hollow Home is scheduled for release on PC and consoles, but the game doesn't even have an estimated release date yet. It has a Steam page where you can add the project to your wishlist. The game will have full Ukrainian localization , including voice acting.
