Ukrainian Unmanned Technologies (UUT) and Danish Vidar Industries have agreed to establish a joint venture in Denmark to mass produce Ravlyk ground robotic systems. The initiative is aimed at expanding the industrial base and strengthening European supply chains to meet the needs of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

Representatives of the Ukrainian company told the Military portal about the details of defense cooperation.

The partners are currently moving on to the legal, engineering and regulatory stages of launching production. It is noted that the United Tech Assets fund facilitated the establishment of contacts and coordination between Ukrainian and Danish businesses.

Within the framework of the joint project, the companies have clearly divided their areas of responsibility. Ukrainian UUT will continue to manage the development, system engineering and further improvement of the platform in Ukraine. In turn, Danish Vidar Industries will take on the deployment of production lines, direct assembly of drones, quality control, component logistics and compliance with European regulatory standards.

The Ravlyk complex is a multi-purpose ground platform capable of performing a wide range of tasks on the front: from reconnaissance and fire support to logistics and evacuation of the wounded. The device develops a speed of up to 12 km/h and has its own load capacity of 300 kg (with the mass of the towed cargo reaching two tons). The ground drone has a range of 30 km, and the time of continuous operation on a single charge is 6 hours (up to 72 hours in standby mode).

Integration into European defense chains is a consistent strategy of Ukrainian Unmanned Technologies. In June of this year , the company signed an industrial partnership agreement with the French manufacturer of mobile platforms Haulotte . At that time, it was about attracting the capacities of the French giant to support the scaling of production and life cycle management of the RAVLYK (UMP2) fully electric platforms developed by UUT.
