The company noted that the most difficult thing is to find specialists who "work with hardware", especially at senior levels. In addition, they added that for some vacancies, combat experience or experience in deftech is an advantage, especially for managerial roles. Soft skills are also important for the company.
“Even if certain skills still need to be developed, strong soft skills help you adapt quickly, interact effectively with the team, and grow with the company,” explained Frontline Robotics.
