Among IT professionals and technical specialists, L7 United is looking for data engineers, data analysts, cyber risk and information security specialists, system administrators, and business process automation specialists. According to the job description, the salaries of technical specialists reach $2,500.
In the field of production and engineering, positions are open for fitters, welders, CNC machine operators, painters, design engineers, process engineers and embedded developers. The company is also looking for managers in sales, supply, tendering, grants, business and product development, as well as a recruiter, accountant and legal advisor.
Employees are offered a hybrid work format, additional days off, and professional training. The company pays special attention to engaging veterans through their experience in real-world scenarios.
L7 United is a Ukrainian group of deftech companies that unites L7 Simulators, 7Metal and Logics 3D Print. The team develops combat simulators, is engaged in 3D printing and metalworking. The company's products are codified according to NATO standards and integrated into a single UNITS ecosystem of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
In total, more than 500,000 military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard, and other law enforcement agencies have been trained on L7 simulators, of which more than 70,000 received training free of charge at the company's own training center.
