Ukrainian healthtech startup Tayra AI closed a pre-seed round with the participation of Farmak as a strategic investor for $500,000.
As Vector reports, among the investors are also several «angels» from the pharmaceutical company’s management.
In addition, the team has now opened a Seed round for $1.5 million, with the company’s valuation, according to their data, at $6 million.
The startup plans to use the raised funds for scaling in Ukraine and entering foreign markets, product development, and team expansion.
Recall that Tayra AI develops AI solutions for medical institutions, and its main product is a digital assistant that helps automate work with medical documentation. During a consultation, it analyzes the doctor’s conversation with the patient and generates the necessary documents for further work in the medical information system.
Tayra AI plans to integrate with 25 medical information systems (MIS) in the near future to attract 40,000 users to its service, reach 30,000 users on its website, and enter five European markets.
As dev.ua reported,eight Ukrainian healthtech startups presented their products in the Generation H 2.0 finals last year, including Tayra AI.
