Ukrainian developer vibecodes an app online until he earns 100,000 UAH. How the challenge goes, where AI and Fullstack merge into a real product that has already worked and brings in the first income
Fullstack developer Danyil Kurka set himself a challenge — to stream the process of creating a real product using AI tools on YouTube until he earns UAH 100,000. In 12 days, or about 24–36 hours of pure work, the developer created and launched a working version of the Social Manager Dashboard application for managing content on social networks. There are already the first users and the first income.

Background: Liberation as an impetus for something new
In December 2025, Danyil quit his job due to the company’s inability to pay his salary. After 1.5 months of «suffering,» he started watching English-language YouTube programming channels, which inspired him to take action.
One such channel was Bridge Mind, whose creator streamed the vibecoding process for several months.
«I realized that I needed to do what the guy in the US has been doing for 3 months now. I felt that a real AI revolution was happening now, and it was important for me to be on the cutting edge of this direction — not just observing, but building a working product in real time,» says Danyil.
The final push to action was the release of the GPT-5.3-Codex model on February 5. And 6 days later, Danyil launched a public challenge on his YouTube channel: «Create an application from scratch and bring it to 100,000 UAH in revenue. No investment. No team. Only code, ideas, and daily progress.»
Social Manager Dashboard app — a working product of vibecoding after 12 days of streaming
The idea for the challenge app emerged from a practical need and Daniel’s own experience — to create a single content management center for Telegram, YouTube, and TikTok for Ukrainian creators and small teams.
«I saw that the market had either strong global tools without a normal Telegram focus, or autoposting solutions without full-fledged operational logic. That’s why I started building the product as a working dashboard for real daily content production,» the developer explains his idea.
After approximately 16-20 hours of streaming, a preview version of the basic MVP Social Manager Dashboard application was ready, and after 12 days, a working version with the connection of the online acquiring service from monobank for paid subscriptions.
In short, Social Manager Dashboard is a SaaS application for planning, publishing, and monitoring content across multiple social networks from one place. The product combines a calendar, a publishing queue, account connections, role-based access, basic analytics, and a subscription model.
Target audience of the service:
creators and freelancers;
small businesses and SMB teams;
small agencies that manage several brands at the same time;
community managers for whom Telegram is a key channel.
Features offered by the app:
a single workflow for content creation and planning;
publishing through a queue with controlled statuses and retry logic;
connecting social platforms (Telegram, YouTube, TikTok; some connectors are already marked as Coming Soon);
workspace model with roles (owner/editor/viewer);
billing structure with plans, limits and subscription lifecycle states;
built-in feedback collection for rapid iterations.
Currently, active testing is underway with real users: the IT specialist is collecting feedback on the stability of publications, UX, and account connection scenarios.
«I actively stream on TikTok and YouTube, and this is now my main channel for attracting an audience and future customers. Through content, I show real product progress, usage scenarios, and a roadmap in an open format,» adds Danyil.
As of today, or on the 14th day of the challenge, the application has 14 connected accounts and requests for a paid subscription, which has three options: Starter (299 UAH), Pro (699 UAH), and Agency/Team (1,799 UAH).
According to the developer, the main advantages of his product over its competitors are:
focus on the Ukrainian practical usage scenario;
strong connection between Telegram + video platforms;
the product is not about «just autoposting», but about operational content management;
transparent tariffs in UAH and clear subscription logic.
What AI tools did you use and how much did the development cost?
Daniel is working on the product entirely independently, including the marketing part. To do this, he used the following AI tools:
design — Antigravity with Gemini 3.1 Pro;
business logic and integration GPT-5.3-Codex;
also used Vercel MCP, Supabase MCP, Context7 MCP, Playwright MCP;
research of all necessary APIs — web version of Deep Research in ChatGPT.
«I used an AI-assisted approach in development: rapid prototyping, acceleration of feature implementation, solution reviews. MCP process for integrations and delivery flow (local CI, controlled deployment stages). Automation of UI/flow and technical stability checks before the next iterations. The key principle was that AI speeds up work, but the final solutions undergo engineering verification, testing, and manual validation of critical scenarios,» explains Danyil.
I spent $200 on development — namely on Codex ChatGPT 5.3.
«For scale, I think we will have to buy and integrate separately into the front and back end with a microservice architecture,» the IT expert adds.
On the 13th day of online blogging, Danyil reported his first income from the app — UAH 200. The very next day, that is, the day before yesterday, this amount increased to UAH 600.
