HAPP AI is a voice AI assistant that automatically answers incoming calls, takes reservations, advises customers, and supports service, even when the team is overloaded.
"Today, the best thing a manager can do is not to replace people with machines, but to remove everything superfluous from them. We created HAPP because we saw how good teams burn out due to routine. This can be changed - and it already works," notes Vyacheslav Saloid, CEO and co-founder of HAPP.
AI assistant will help teams cope with high workload, repetitive requests, calls, multitasking. For example, HAPP can handle up to 87% of incoming calls automatically.
