The acquisition grants Jetbeep ownership of Parcelsea’s intellectual property and customer contracts, while the Parcelsea team will strengthen Jetbeep’s team to accelerate the deployment of their open network. The acquisition also enhances Jetbeep’s key partnership with Omniva.
