In August 2025, the well-known Ukrainian manufacturer of FPV drones rebranded the company, changing its name from TAF Drones to TAF Industries. This change is in line with the company's goals of forming a holding structure, with TAF Industries as the parent company.
Since mid-2023, TAF Industries has invested over $6 million in other DefenceTech companies, writes Forbes Ukraine.
As of November 2025, TAF Industries unites five companies: production of FPV drones (with which the company began its work) and reconnaissance drones, electronic warfare, import of components, and software development.
TAF Industries deliberately does not buy out other DefenceTech companies 100%. For example, the share of the electronic warfare systems manufacturer Kvazar is 51%, and the share of the reconnaissance drone manufacturer Babka is 60%.
The plans are to conclude agreements on two more products by the end of this year.
In addition to buying stakes in companies, TAF Industries has also acquired several small manufacturing plants that it used as contractors. The company is currently in the process of buying another one.
