Silentbox has officially signed a contract with the UK Ministry of Defence to supply its Silentbox Solo Lite soundproof booths to military personnel at a NATO base in Poland.
«It all started with an online request. Thanks to well-tuned SEO optimization, Silentbox received a lead through the website. When they realized WHO was behind this lead, they passed it directly to the sales director, who was communicating with NATO representatives,» Silentbox told dev.ua.
The negotiations took place online with a military officer with the rank of captain, who represented the customer and discussed all the details via correspondence. The decision was made within 3.5 months.
The company offers room-within-a-room solutions that can be configured cost-effectively and flexibly. The Silentbox Solo cabins are designed for one person, the Silentbox Duet for 2 people, and the Silentbox Quartet for 4 people. All cabins have lighting, ventilation, a desk, and soundproof double walls.
Silentbox office cubicles are manufactured in Ukraine and Poland. However, for European customers, they are shipped from a warehouse in Poland.

«This is not just a contract, it is proof that Ukrainian companies can create world-class products. We are proud that Silentbox is now part of international security solutions,» said Silentbox co-founder Svyatoslav Serbin, commenting on the contract.
Silentbox sees this as evidence that Ukrainian companies can «not just survive in difficult times,» but also enter the global market. The company is currently actively expanding markets, working on new innovative solutions, and looking forward to further cooperation with NATO.
