At the MSPO 2025 exhibition in the Polish city of Kielce, Ukroboronprom revealed details of the Ukrainian drone-missile "Palyanytsia", the Defence Express portal reports .
"Palyanytsya" weighs 320 kg, can carry up to 100 kg of payload, flies a distance of 650 km and has a cruising speed of 900 km/h, which corresponds to the speed of the Russian Kh-101 cruise missiles. The flight altitude of "Palyanytsya" is from 15 to 500 meters. The length of the drone-missile is 3.5 meters, and the wingspan is 1.7 meters.
The launch of the "Palyanitsa" is carried out using a solid-fuel accelerator, after which the jet engine is turned on. Navigation and final targeting are performed by a combination of an autonomous inertial system and satellite navigation for deviation correction.
A year ago, during the official demonstration of the "Palyanytsia", President Volodymyr Zelensky called the drone-missile a weapon of "an absolutely new class" that has already been successfully used against the enemy. However, in the year of its existence, it has not yet been officially documented what exactly the drone-missile hit. The enemy has also not reported any debris found that could indicate the "Palyanytsia".
