This status should simplify delivery for Ukrainian entrepreneurs who sell their work abroad, in particular to the American market.

This is stated in an official statement on the postal operator’s website.
According to Ukrposhta, the United States remains the largest sales market for Ukrainian goods on the marketplace. Currently, the average delivery speed of parcels from Ukraine to the United States is from 7 to 14 days. Shipments are processed at the company’s automated customs terminals, which are capable of handling up to 400,000 international parcels per day.
«Ukrainian handmade has long become a full-fledged export business. The new agreement opens up additional opportunities for tens of thousands of entrepreneurs at a time when access to global markets is critically important for the country’s stability,» commented Ihor Smilyansky, CEO of Ukrposhta.
Etsy is an international e-commerce platform founded in 2005 in the United States that specializes in selling handmade items, unique goods, art, crafting tools, and vintage items. Unlike large mass markets like Amazon or eBay, Etsy focuses on individual local brands and craftsmen.
Earlier, Ukrposhta officially entered the market of post offices. The first 70 self-service terminals have already been put into operation in Kyiv. The main innovation was the ability to independently manage the route of parcels, including international orders from platforms such as AliExpress or Temu.
