JSC Ukrtelecom has published a report for 2025 on financial results and expansion of its telecom network coverage.
In 2025, the company’s total revenue amounted to about UAH 5.2 billion, which is almost 7% more than in the previous year. EBITDA exceeded UAH 1.2 billion (+31%) more than in the previous year.
Ukrtelecom’s capital investments in 2025 amounted to about UAH 500 million and were focused on the development of optical infrastructure and energy sustainability of the network. The company transferred almost UAH 1.6 billion in taxes and fees to budgets of all levels.
In 2025, Ukrtelecom laid 4,500 km of fiber-optic cable, and the total length of the optical network was almost 93,000 km.
From January 1, 2026, the company has set a new speed standard for households connected to the GPON network across the country — up to 1 Gbps. Subscribers will be able to use gigabit Internet regardless of the current tariff plan and «by default».
As of the end of 2025, the share of optical Internet users exceeded 80% of the Company’s total Internet subscriber base. Revenue from optical Internet services increased by 12% in 2025.
Ukrtelecom’s optical coverage covered 3.4 million Ukrainian households by the end of 2025. The company’s services are used by 1,388 medical and 1,926 educational institutions.
Also in 2025, the mobile operator «TriMob», founded by «Ukrtelecom», introduced the provision of mobile communication services with support for LTE/4G technology.
