The operator immediately entered the market with the Simka tariff line, built around the idea that modern users perceive the phone primarily as a tool for instant messaging, video, and online work, rather than for voice calls. Therefore, the tariffs are based on a large mobile Internet package without overpayment for unneeded services.
The line is represented by two plans — "Simka" 15 and Simka 60 — with 15 GB and 60 GB of internet per month, respectively. Both also include 500 minutes of calls within Ukraine and 15 SMS.
U Mobile has chosen a model where a longer subscription means a lower price per month: periods of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months are available. Unlike fixed-term promotions, this is a permanent offer — the user chooses how long to subscribe to the tariff and how to plan expenses. Another difference from market practice is that the operator charges for a full calendar month, not a four-week period. You can use the connected SIM/eSIM immediately after activation, and the countdown of the prepaid period starts from the first of the next month.
Simka 60 is also available in a package with home Internet — the "Optics+Simka" service from Ukrtelecom, which combines mobile communication and optical Internet up to 1 Gbps in one bill.
Oleg Boyko, Director of TRIMOB LLC, explained the logic of the product: according to him, the tariffs are created "around a habit that has already become the norm" — first write in the messenger, and only then call.
You can purchase a "SIM" starter package in the form of a physical SIM card or eSIM on the website umobile.ua, choosing a number, tariff and subscription period. For subscribers of other operators who transfer their number, U Mobile offers a 15% discount on the first selected period. You can activate the "Optics+SIM" package service on the website simka.ukrtelecom.ua.

4G. [1] (https://interfax.com.ua
