The relevant decision was adopted by the Government on February 5, 2026.
"This will allow manufacturers of equipment that is critical for the rapid restoration of energy facilities to operate uninterruptedly," the Prime Minister of Ukraine noted. Yulia Svyridenko.
In addition, the number of criteria for recognizing a company as critically important has been reduced — two instead of three, the Ministry of Digital Affairs added .
