This was reported by the Ministry of Digital Affairs.
What is changing?
The changes provide the ability to book all construction crew workers:
- providers who install xPON networks and have planned construction for at least a calendar year;
- operators who build energy-efficient networks on motorways and national roads.
In addition, operators and providers must be included in the list of critical enterprises by the Ministry of Digital Affairs. Therefore, the ministry is working on creating conditions under which an enterprise can be included in the list.
