This was announced by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov.
Oleksiy Vyskub became the First Deputy Minister of Defense. He has worked as the First Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation since 2019. He was responsible for the development of "Diya", was involved in the implementation of the projects Army of Drones, eBalls, Line of Drones, etc. According to Fedorov, he will be responsible for the development of key projects to achieve the goals of the war.
Lieutenant General Ivan Havrylyuk became Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine. He already held the position of First Deputy Minister of Defense. He worked as an advisor to the Commander of the Logistics Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, headed the Main Logistics Directorate and has decades of practical work in the defense system. According to Fedorov, his participation is important for strengthening logistics processes and providing the front with effective solutions.
Serhiy Boev became Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for European Integration. He has been working at the ministry since 2024. He has international experience in economics, strategy, and partnership development, worked in leading consulting companies, and was involved in attracting partners to the Ukrainian defense industry.
"Today, his expertise is important for building effective and long-term relations with the EU, NATO, and other states, as well as attracting security assistance and funding," the head of the Ministry of Defense added.
Also remaining in the team are:
Deputy Minister Lieutenant General Yevhen Moysiuk, responsible for troop generation and social security;
Lieutenant Colonel Yuriy Myronenko, responsible for the development of innovations for the front;
Oksana Ferchuk, who heads the digitalization and digital transformation department.
