«High load on BankID. Because of this, authorization in „Reserve+“ via BankID may be temporarily unavailable,» the ministry noted.
The department advises: if you are authorized, save the military document to your smartphone in PDF format.
«If you have an electronic referral to the VLK, take a screenshot. If you have submitted a request for a postponement or referral to the VLK, please wait,» the Ministry of Defense noted.
Officials also emphasize that people with disabilities who have a current pension certificate, as well as students, graduate students, and doctoral candidates, may no longer submit a request for an extension of the deferral in «Reserve+», the document in the application will be updated automatically.
«We apologize for the inconvenience and will inform you when we, together with the BankID team, resolve the difficulties,» the department noted.
This is not the first failure in Reserve+. In December and November, users have already encountered something similar. Then, «one of the team members accidentally sent test pushes to prod.»
