Ukraine will expand privileges for the import of components for drone manufacturers — the Rada supported two bills

This was announced by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy Danylo Hetmantsev, who is among the initiators of draft laws No. 14169 andNo. 14170 .

According to the People's Deputy, these laws allow:

• import components not only for production and repair, but also for UAV modernization;
• simplify customs procedures for defense enterprises;
• to regulate the change in the intended use of imported goods;
• apply benefits to equipment that was lost or destroyed during testing or combat use.

"These changes reduce the cost of production, remove unnecessary barriers, allow enterprises to receive components faster and immediately invest resources in production, and most importantly, accelerate the supply of modern technological solutions to our defense forces," Hetmantsev explained the importance of the laws.
