Ukrainians working in IT, public administration, or the public sector can take the new UPGRADE UA educational program for free and improve their qualifications.
As UPGRADE UA reports in its press release, the initiative is implemented by Beetroot Academy in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sweden and is designed for two years. The training will be held online with a flexible schedule, mentoring support and the opportunity to work on practical cases and team projects. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate.
The program is aimed at professionals who already have work experience but are looking to update their knowledge and remain competitive in a rapidly changing market due to digital transformation. Anyone who is located in Ukraine and meets the program requirements can participate.
The organizers aim to support over 2,000 people by providing them with modern tools to increase productivity and develop teams. They emphasize that UPGRADE UA is not just a set of courses, but a comprehensive investment in professionals who contribute to the development of the country.
The training format combines theory and practice, working on tasks that are close to real business challenges, and sharing experiences between participants. This approach allows not only to learn new skills, but also to immediately integrate them into daily work.
The program will start this year and will cover the entire territory of Ukraine. Applications for participation can be submitted via the online form on the organizers' website.
We previously wrote about how the Ukrainian government is launching a new direction within the «Contract 18–24» program, namely a contract for drone operators. Participants will serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard, and the State Border Service under separate conditions, and after completing their service, they will be able to receive a 0% mortgage and a deferral.
