The awards went to 15 companies and market leaders who implement progressive solutions, automate processes, eliminate routine, and shape a new digital business culture.
This year, over 195 applications were submitted for the award from Ukrainian companies in retail, logistics, FMCG, agro-sector, IT, and other business sectors. The winners in 15 nominations were determined by the expert jury of Vchasno and the community through voting. Among the key areas are electronic document management, digitalization of HR processes, interaction with suppliers and networks in digital form, logistics transformation, and other cases of digital changes in business.

Among the winners' results are UAH 27.4 million in savings through the effective use of EDO, 120 working days saved by the HR team after digitalizing HR processes, and a 70% reduction in manual work. Leaders' cases demonstrate how digitalization helps businesses optimize processes, eliminate routine, and give teams additional time for development, strategic tasks, and business scaling.

The digitalization of processes has already covered electronic document management, HR processes, transportation, and other internal services. This allows colleagues to spend less time on routine and paperwork and focus more on creative and strategic tasks. This is not only about operational efficiency, but also about our contribution to the environment. Over the past 4 years, we have managed to save more than 8 tons of paper, which is equivalent to about 100 saved trees. And the strong experience of colleagues from other companies only strengthens the motivation to move forward and set even more ambitious goals,» comments Vyacheslav Savelyev, digital project manager at 1+1 media.
The theme of this year’s award is resilience — the ability of a business to continue to grow and remain effective even in difficult conditions. Digital solutions play a key role in this: they allow companies to operate during blackouts, manage processes from anywhere in the world, and ensure business continuity.
Traditionally, for Vchasno, the event had a charitable component — raising funds for medevacs together with the «Return Alive» fund. As part of the initiative, Vchasno Group has already donated UAH 4.5 million, and another UAH 225,000 was collected together with partners during the event. Already in June, the converted cars will go to the front line in the Pokrovsky direction.
