HR-tech ecosystem "DoSpravy" launched in Ukraine to overcome acute staff shortage
Against the backdrop of a long-term labor shortage in Ukraine, DoSpravy was presented - a new ecosystem of digital solutions for businesses with shift work. The platform is focused on retail, logistics, production, warehouse complexes, gas stations and the hospitality sector. Against the backdrop of a long-term labor shortage in Ukraine, DoSpravy was presented - a new ecosystem of digital solutions for businesses with shift work. The platform is focused on retail, logistics, production, warehouse complexes, gas stations and the hospitality sector. It allows businesses to effectively use their own personnel reserves and, if necessary, attract external performers.
Staffing crisis: traditional hiring no longer works
Ukrainian businesses are forced to quickly restructure operational processes and redistribute workloads between locations amid ongoing security risks. According to an August survey by the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting, 69% of businesses cited labor shortages as the main obstacle to doing business.
The shortage of workers and technical specialties is most acute. According to the State Employment Service, in the first quarter of 2026, only 30% of vacancies for qualified workers were filled.
According to estimates by the DoSpravy team and outsourcing partners, about 25% of shifts that are transferred to external contractors remain unclosed. At the same time, a significant part of the company's needs could be covered by its own staff, ready to earn additional income. However, due to the lack of a unified digital system and coordination of employees in chats and spreadsheets, the business loses this resource. "Modern Ukrainian business lives in conditions where the flexibility of teams and the speed of closing any personnel gaps are a matter of survival and sustainability. Companies need not just software, but a reliable environment for working with people. We are launching DoSpravy to combine the internal reserves of companies and the external labor market into a single digital circuit that removes unnecessary routine and works for results," notes Iryna Palienko, founder and head of DoSpravy, CEO of Jooble in Ukraine, Hungary and Romania.
Two solutions in one ecosystem
The DoSpravy platform offers two interconnected tools for automating work with shift personnel:
"DoSpravy. Business" is an internal operational platform. Allows a company to publish open changes in a single space. Employees see the time, location, and conditions and respond via a mobile application. In the event of a shortage of full-time employees, the system allows you to connect external performers with automatic recording of exits for accounting.
"DoSpravy.Pidrobitok" is a solution for attracting external performers for specific tasks or changes without creating an internal labor exchange. The company simply places orders for an external audience.
Platform availability
The platform translates the entire process — from creating a need to confirming the output and accounting for the work performed — into the digital plane.
The "DoSpravy" ecosystem is already available through:
Mobile applications for iOS and Android;
Web CRM and supervisors' offices;
Telegram bot.
You can learn more about the tool and apply for a test period on the official website of the platform: dospravy.com.ua.
