He attached an image with a code snippet to his post, showing a recommendation to order wings and beer, written in natural language, in the style of AI chatbot communication.
Earlier, Oleg Spirin spoke about the beta testing of the company’s AI agent to support e-commerce. He noted that the AI handled 44% of chat requests independently, and the customer satisfaction level (CSAT) was 4.5 out of 5.
