This year, the «Timely.Best» award recognized leaders in the following areas: electronic document management, digitalization of HR processes, transition to software-based RRO, effective use of cloud-based CEPs, EDI technologies, and electronic TTNs. More than 300 medium- and large-sized businesses competed for the awards. The award covered 11 key areas, where participants presented the best digital solutions and results for 2024. For the first time, 6 winners were chosen by the public, and 5 by an expert jury.
«It is important for us to celebrate not only the results, but also the desire of companies to influence the entire business environment. We pay attention to whether they promote digital changes and motivate their partners to embark on the path of transformation. That is why we have introduced separate nominations for such ambassadors of digitalization. After all, one progressive change should lead to another — this is how we together shape the digital future of the country,» comments Anton Skokov, head of digital services for business at Vchazno .
The theme of the «Timely.Best» award this year is unity. This emphasizes the importance of cooperation between the state, companies, and each team for digital transformation. Among the winners selected by the jury are businesses that actively use digital services and help others go paperless.
BusMarket Group received the award as a market motivator for actively engaging partners in the digital world. Yaroslava Savosh-Davydova, head of the company’s communications sector, notes:

«Good Day Pharmacy» demonstrates an example of digitalization and motivation for companies to transition to EDO in the medical sector. Received an award for active use of digital services.
Uklon not only digitized its work with clients, but also transferred its HR processes to an electronic format. Now employees sign documents ten times faster. It received the award for the most caring employer.
Ekol Logistics is one example of a business that doesn’t wait, but acts. They decided to act themselves, without waiting for the state to make electronic TTN mandatory. In 2024, Ekol Logistics converted more than 6,000 shipments to electronic format.
«The first steps are always the hardest, but they pave the way for others. We believe that it is companies that are not afraid to implement new digital tools that change the market. Our actions move logistics and the country forward,» adds Yulia Zinkevich, Digital Transformation Project Manager at Ekol Logistics.
This year, for the first time, the business community was involved in selecting the winners within the framework of the award. First, an expert jury formed the TOP-5 in 6 nominations from all submitted applications. Then, throughout May, everyone voted for the best achievements of the nominated companies.
DTEK Networks Group of Companies has been awarded for the second time for its significant achievements in digitalization. In 2024, they motivated and helped over 6,500 companies to transition to EDI.
Bayer won because it reduced the document processing time from 8 to 2 hours and simplified the processes for working with partners as much as possible.
Watsons received an award for converting 85% of its cash registers to software-based POS systems in its chain of stores. A full transition to electronic receipts is planned by the end of the year.
The online appliance store «KTS» was chosen as the best among retail chains. It digitized the exchange of documents at all stages of delivery.
Euromix was noted because it successfully digitizes its processes and implements EDI technologies. It also creates its own software products, including those based on artificial intelligence.
The Fora chain of stores also became a leader — for the effective use of cloud-based CEP functionality and the transfer of all employees who work with documents to electronic signing.
In addition to business achievements, the event also had an important charitable purpose — raising funds for the «Guardians of the Steppe» surveillance complexes for the 12th Special Forces Brigade «Azov» of the National Guard of Ukraine. During the award, more than 50,000 hryvnias were raised. The total amount of the collection, which was launched in partnership with the digital services «Vchasno» and the «Azov.One» foundation, is 500,000 hryvnias.
