The well-known digital solutions service has expanded its functionality and added tools that can help optimize and digitize office management.
The company «Vchasno» has created the service «Vchasno.Kadry», where you can format all documents about an employee’s vacation, as well as hire or fire them. It will also be possible for the employee to undergo onboarding, review payroll, or receive an assessment of their efficiency.
In addition, previously, the Vchasno.EDO service implemented 65 HR projects for large and medium-sized businesses, in particular, for Nokia, Red Bull Ukraine, Uklon, iPay.ua, Radekhivskyi Sugar, and YURIYA-PHARM. Executive Director of iPay.ua Olga Nedilko stated that thanks to integration with Vchasno, the company was able to convert over 80% of documents, including personnel documents, into electronic format, which reduced the time for the team’s operational workload by up to 20%.
Anton Skokov, head of the digital solutions service for business «Vchasno», reported that the company launched «Vchasno.Kadry» as a separate service for simplicity and efficiency in solving HR tasks.
«Their full implementation (of HR processes — ed. note) within Vchasno.EDO would only complicate working with the service. That is why we created Vchasno.Kadry as a separate service. It will become the only point of interaction between an employee and the company,» said Anton Skokov.
The company began digitalization with vacation registration, but plans to implement hiring, dismissal, transfer, registration of sick leave, business trips, and personnel certificates in the «Vchasno.Kadry» service by the end of the year.
The launch of the service became available after amendments to Order No. 4527/5 dated October 14, 2022, which allowed the creation of personnel documents — in particular, vacation orders — in electronic format.
