«Until the end of 2025, Oleksandr Yakovenko combined the roles of founder and CEO, and Volodymyr Zinovsky was his deputy. In order to act even more effectively and take TAF Industries to a new level, a decision was made to divide responsibilities between two managers,» the deftech manufacturer said in a statement.
Due to the above personnel changes, the position of deputy is no longer provided for in the new company structure, instead the management model is changing to one where the CEO is the sole operational leader, and the founder is the owner and strategist.
«Volodymyr’s appointment is the company’s transition from building and experiments to a phase of structural growth. For further scaling, the new CEO will focus on processes, strategy execution, stability of results, and will help the company grow in the long term,» the company added.
TAF Industries also emphasized that the transfer of the CEO role is a step towards greater stability, predictability, and scalability of the business.
«All obligations to partners and clients remain unchanged, and management is becoming even more professional and systematic,» they assured.
Previously, the media reported that Ukrainian FPV drone manufacturer TAF Industries was forming a holding structure.
Among other things, TAF Industries introduced an updated website with a drone designer.
