The state program "Health Screening 40+" starts today: how to apply
Today, January 31, the first messages began to arrive in "Diya" with invitations for health screening. They are addressed to those who turn 40+ on January 1.
Today, January 31, the first messages began to arrive in "Diya" with invitations for health screening. They are addressed to those who turn 40+ on January 1.
The program is open to anyone turning 40+ in 2026. Invitations will be sent to "Diya" 30 days after their birthday.
After you confirm your willingness to undergo screening, 2000 UAH will be credited to your Diya.Kartka within 7 days to pay for the medical examination.
To do this you need:
- open the "Action" application;
- accept the invitation;
- confirm the data;
- create or select an existing Action.Card;
- confirm the statement;
- to receive funds.
If you don't use the Diya app, you can apply for a plastic card with a special account at a partner bank and contact the ASN. They will help you submit an application and specify the account for transferring funds.
Over 900 healthcare facilities, both public and private, have already joined the program. The list of facilities is regularly updated and is available on the Ministry of Health website .
