From now on, you can submit a corresponding application directly through the Center for Administrative Services (CASA), while the conscript does not lose protection during the reissue of documents.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense.
In particular, if a person previously had a deferment due to studies, and later obtained another legal basis (for example, due to family circumstances or health conditions), they can apply to change it.
Personal visit: you must contact the ASC with documents confirming the new reason.
Administrator's message: Please note that you already have a valid deferral and wish to renew it.
Transfer of documents: the administrator will form an application and submit the entire package of documents for consideration by the CCC and SP commission.
While the CCC and JV commission is considering the new application, the previous postponement remains in effect.
In the event of a positive decision by the commission, the previous deferral will be canceled only after new data is entered into the "Oberig" register. If the deferral is denied on a new basis, the current deferral will be maintained until the end of its original term.
Please note: it is not possible to switch from deferral to reservation or vice versa through the ASC. A separate procedure applies to the reservation procedure.
