The system automatically pulls up the necessary information based on the corresponding order — the military unit only needs to add information about the fact that the product is of poor quality.
Then the system forms the document in electronic form and displays it in the register. All this allows you to reduce the time of working on a claim by 2-3 times.
Also, due to the structuring of information and the possibility of its quick analysis, the system helps to detect abuse by unscrupulous suppliers. In the case of investigations or inspections, quick access to such data significantly reduces time and increases overall work efficiency.
We will remind you that the IT system for managing the rear needs of the Armed Forces — DOT-Chain was launched in September of this year. The system has already reduced the total amount of paper work by more than 30,000 documents every week. It was one of the main goals of its launch to get rid of the "paper army".
DOT-Chain was developed by full-time employees of the State Rear Operator, but the involvement of third-party consultants in this process cost $80,000.
