An official e-mail has been launched, to which servicemen and their families can now send appeals regarding the protection of their rights.
«We are now switching to the official channel for receiving appeals from military personnel and their families,» said Olga Kobylinska, the Office of the President writes .
In order to form an appeal to protect their rights for consideration by the Presidential Commissioner, military personnel and their family members must:
make a written (printed or handwritten) statement addressed to the authorized person with a detailed description of the essence of the appeal;
attach a comprehensive list of documents confirming the application;
send the application and supporting documents to the official email address, and leave your email and mobile phone number for feedback.
Previously, appeals were received through various communication channels, including messengers. The statement indicates a transition period to switch to appeals sent by email. It will last until April 7.
