According to the press service, this functionality will become available in the marketplace this year, and today it was presented by the Defense Procurement Agency and the State Logistics Operator.
When using it, the military will be able to independently choose:
«After that, the manufacturers will send their proposals regarding the quantity and production dates. If the military is satisfied with the specified parameters, he confirms the order, and the drone goes into production,» the press service reported.
According to Arsen Zhumadilov, head of the Defense Procurement Agency, over the next six months, 70% of UAVs for the army will be provided through the system.
They also promise that in the near future, the system will include service requests, through which military personnel will be able to receive online consultations, as well as a rating system that will allow them to leave ratings and reviews about the products they receive.
Currently, 38,683 unmanned combat vehicles have been ordered and delivered on the marketplace, and 184 models of FPV drones, «bombers», and aircraft-type drones from 38 manufacturers are available.
Recall that the day before it became known that the European Union will finance the deployment of mass production of drones in Ukraine in the amount of 2 billion euros. The funds will go in tranches according to clear rules and will be returned only if Ukraine receives reparations from Russia.
